Daniel F. Schreck, Esq. has been admitted to practice law since 2005. Prior to being admitted to practice law Mr. Schreck studied at the George Washington University, obtaining a B.A. in political science in 2000, and Brooklyn Law School where he obtained his J.D. in 2004. Starting with his teens when he worked as a law clerk for a large international law firm filing papers and conducting research in and around the New York courts, Dan has consistently worked in litigation, working while in law school, for the New York City Police Department, the New York State Attorney General's office and the Hon. Herbert Kramer of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

In private practice, Dan has represented individual and business clients in a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, anti-competitive conduct, judgment enforcement and fraud actions. In addition to these litigations, Mr. Schreck has represented shareholders in derivative actions, as well as classes of consumers in class actions. Mr. Schreck has also represented individual Plaintiffs in a wide variety of cases such as employment discrimination, personal injury, landlord and tenant disputes, construction disputes and medical malpractice matters. Dan has also assisted other lawyers associated with the firm in their matters, in disputes involving questions of family law, elder law and trust and estate issues.

Dan prides himself on his openness and willingness to communicate with firm clients regarding their questions and concerns. Clients are regularly apprised of significant developments in their case and fully apprised of strategic considerations.
